BECOMING OUR WATER AND SEWER EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

Schedule :

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 : 00 AM and 4 : 30 PM.

Day-to-Day :

As our Water and Sewer Excavator Operator, you'll lead a crew of 2-4 members on job sites involving open excavation, trenches, and confined spaces.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with customers, performing manual labor, and operating heavy machinery such as backhoes and Bobcats.

You'll ensure job site safety according to OSHA and company guidelines while maintaining equipment for optimal performance.

Your role will be vital in delivering exceptional results and maintaining our reputation for excellence!

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience as an excavator operator
  • 5 years of experience with water and sewer
  • 3 years of experience with excavating equipment, including a backhoe and a Bobcat
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 6 years of experience as an excavator
  • 6 years of water and sewer experience
  • 5 years of experience using excavating equipment
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Class A CDL license
